Jim Tarbell, President
Jim has 39 years of sales and leasing experience in the computer industry. He started his career at IBM Corporation in 1975 and spent 11 years with the company progressing from a marketing representative to a manager of special bids and large accounts. He then spent 10 years with XL/Datacomp, an IBM reseller, focusing on equipment leasing. After XL/Datacomp, Jim founded Dynamic Funding, Inc. (DFI) in 1996 to be the captive leasing company to Dynamic Solutions International (DSI) for their data storage solutions. In 2011 Jim became president of Dynamic Solutions International. As well as maintaining his presidency of DFI and DSI Jim founded Longbow in 2013, a cyber-security firm specializing in network security. Jim graduated from Colgate University in Hamilton, NY where he received a BA in Economics in 1975.
Beth Stahlberg, VP of Finance
Beth joined DFI in January 2014. Beth grew up in Colorado and lives in Southeast Aurora. She has a Bachelors in Accounting and Economics from Hastings College in Nebraska, and her Masters of Accounting (Taxation) from the University of Texas at Austin. Beth worked for a public accounting firm for 16 years prior to coming to DFI. When Beth is not in the office, she is traveling with her family around the world.
Amanda Ladas, VP of Marketing
Amanda comes to Denver by way of Chicago. She worked there for a large healthcare company as a medical secretary for 5 years. She has a BA in Communications from DePaul University in Chicago. Amanda also handles the marketing for our sister company, Dynamic Solutions International, LLC.
Alex Gish, Director of Business Development
Alex was born in Laguna Beach, California but came to Colorado when she was seven. She is the brewery and cafe equipment leasing specialist at DFI, and has expertise on all things related to both industries. Alex lives in Lone Tree and is pursuing her degree in psychology at Metro State College of Denver.
Rob Haynes, Director of Business Development
Robert (Rob) Haynes has 27 years of commercial leasing, corporate finance and banking experience. Rob is a member of the executive leadership program for the Downtown Denver Partnership. He is a board member for the Makenzie Foundation and a former board member of the Denver Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth. Rob excels at building relationships with his customers and his deep knowledge of the finance industry ensure that the customer’s needs are always met. Rob graduated from the University of Colorado- Boulder. He also completed the Leeds School of Business Executive Program, “50 for Colorado”.
Steve West, Director of Business Development
Stephen (Steve) West joins DFI with more than 39 years of experience within the IT equipment and large-scale data storage sales market. He has overseen sales teams and initiatives at tech companies all over Colorado, and decided to transition into equipment financing after serving as the Vice President of Sales at United Reprographics Supply. Steve graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree.
Anita Holland, Finance Manager
Anita joins DFI after working with Western Union for over 5 years. She studied Industrial and Organizational Psychology at both Metropolitan State University of Denver and Regis University. Originally from Chicago, she came to Denver at the age of 10 and currently lives in Aurora. Outside of work, Anita is active with her husband, daughters and the family dog.
