Jim has 31 years of sales and leasing experience in the computer industry. He started his career at IBM Corporation and spent 11 years with the company progressing from a marketing representative to a manager of special bids and large accounts. He then spent ten years with an IBM business partner and other leasing company. Jim joined Dynamic Solutions International, a sister company to Dynamic Funding, Inc., in 1996 as a Vice President of the company’s leasing services. He is a principal in Dynamic Funding, Inc. and Dynamic Solutions International. Jim graduated from Colgate University in Hamilton, NY where he received a BA in economics in 1975.
Brad Bayless, Vice President
Brad joined Dynamic Funding in September 2011, and comes to the company with over 25 years of experience in the Equipment Lease & Finance Industry. Most recently, he was with the Commercial Equipment Finance Group of GE Capital, as well as Dart & Kraft Financial and CIT. Brad has a degree in Finance from Central Michigan University and a MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Minnesota.
Scott Jordan, Director of Business Development
Scott joined DFI in March of 2013. He was born in New York City, but resides in Lone Tree, Colorado. Scott has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts. Scott has been involved in the Denver finance industry since 2003 in various roles including working for Patriot Mortgage as well as his own company, All Credit Lending Solutions.
Brianna Wheaton, Accounting & Administrative Officer
Brianna joined Dynamic Funding, Inc. (DFI) in September 2009. She has over 5 years of business related experience, specializing in the accounting field. She previously worked for Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Comcast in accounting, sales, human resources, and administrative roles. She started her career at Dynamic Funding, Inc. as an accounting analyst and has since progressed to the Accounting & Administrative Officer. She also is the Controller of Dynamic Solutions International, a sister company to DFI. Brianna earned a BS in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting, from Old Dominion University in Virginia and is currently working towards a MS in Accounting from Colorado University at Denver. She plans to complete the program within the next year and become a CPA.
Amanda Ladas, Marketing and Administrative Coordinator
Amanda comes to Denver by way of Chicago. She worked there for a large healthcare company as a medical secretary for 5 years. She has a BA in Communications from DePaul University in Chicago. Amanda also handles the marketing for our sister company, Dynamic Solutions International, LLC.
